Product: Hp beats special edition

We are trying to factory reset my girlfriends laptop due to some old roommates who messed up the laptop a few years ago and cannot do so. It will not allow us to access the system recovery at all. If anybody could direct us in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

That may also messing up the Recovery process.  For Windows 7 (original) and Windows 10, please use Cloud Recovery tool
