I am not able to access Microsoft Store in Windows 8.1 as it won't open. It just flashes on the screen every time I try to open it and then closes itself despite being open in the taskbar. I have even tried Windows Powershell and Command Prompt (Administrator) commands but they are of no help. Also the store is accessible on the other account logged into the computer but not on this one. If someone can guide me through some troubleshooting steps or some other type of assistance it would be highly helpful. Thanks!!

I have already tried the 2nd and 3rd steps out of which the 2nd one doesn’t do anything and in the 3rd one the command prompt doesn’t take it as a command. I will try rest of the steps and get back to you. Thanks in advance!!

If nothing works
From what I understand, you have other accounts, and it works!
So rather than endlessly looking for solutions it looks like you've done quite a few of them already, just created a new account for yourself, give it a try.
If it's ok, then retrieve the documents from your old account.
Wait a few days weeks, if you are sure to have transferred everything, delete the damaged account

CBS Log File-
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oK7EwBPvW5mzx0nsZyVKf71dHg4Pu9iM/view?usp=drivesdk
I can’t run the Microsoft Store diagnostic program as it is no longer available for download.
On running the ‘WSReset’ command, it says “Windows cannot find ‘ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.”
On running the DISM command it says, “Error:87
The online/cleanup-image/restorehealth option is unknown.”
On running the ‘scannow’ command it says, “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.” I am thereby giving you the CBS log file link to see if that could be of any help to you.
Thanks!!
