Hello, recently when i installed a new cpu cooler my chassi fans keep running at 100% My remps are looking great so it's not overheating.

Did the chassis fans used to spin up and down? Asking because, although I do not have an Omen PC, all the HP desktops I have, the chassis fans spin at a constant speed all the time -- it was only the CPU fan that spun up and down.
