Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

I have a question to turn on my computer..  It shows me the blue screen with "Choose your keyboard layout", then I choose US.

After that, it shows to"choose an option" with "troubleshoot", I click it.

Then I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO REPAIR IT...

I search it online and they ask me to do the "Command Prompt", I had try some with it, BUT they doesn't work on my desktop.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?

I am not a HP employee.

 

You need to provide more information.

 

Why are you seeing this screen? This seems to be a Windows 10 installation screen after doing a update.

 

Can't help with the information you are providing.

 

You did not provide the HP product number. Knowing the product number helps with troubleshooting.

 

Older HP PCs may have hardware problems if you have just updated to Windows 10, version 1903.
