Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model #: 22-b392ds freezes up every time you leave the computer for as little as three minutes. Must turn computer off and back on to get it back up and running. Purchased a "Smart Friends" contract and had the computer stripped of Window 10 and reloaded, took most of the day and it worked for abot a week and now it;s back to freezing up AGAIN. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, has anyone purchased a "Smart Friends" contract through HP? I want ot cancel that contact sand am waiting for them to call me back. Hope I don't have trouble getting this done.
