Hello. By downloading the file SP114019.exe to update the bios and running it, the folder is unpacked c:\SWSetup\SP114019 . But the launch of the utility to create a flash drive with a bios does not happen, as shown in the manual from the site HP.com . Instead, I see the message "The system cannot find the specified path". As I understand it, the program is trying to update the bios on its own, but since I run it on another computer, it does not work. Please tell me how to create a USB flash drive with BIOS for HP 260 G1 DM.

Hello. The problem is that there is a file on the HP website that destroys the BIOS boot sector when it starts up, and HP doesn't care about that. I resolved the issue through the service center and they confirmed that the bios .exe file was not working.
