Product: Omen 45L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently (2 months ago) bought an Omen 45L 12700kf RTX 3080,

For a few days now, the CPU and RAM have both been performing at 0th percentile, with the CPU turbo average being only 3.4gHz.

Any Ideas on how to fix this issue?
