Hi:

Your PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum hardware requirements to upgrade to W11.

You would have to use one of the W11 hardware check bypass methods to upgrade to W11, and before you can upgrade to W11, you would have to first upgrade to W10, because there is no direct path to upgrade directly from W7>W11.

To upgrade to W10, you can make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After the media is created, don't boot from it.

Open the flash drive in Windows explorer and double-click on the Setup application you see in the list of files on the flash drive to begin the upgrade process to W10.

If you don't have a W10 PC to create the installation media with, Microsoft made some security changes, and the media creation tool no longer works on W7 & W8/8.1 unless you make some registry changes.

Media Creation Tool Error 0x80072F8F - 0x20000 in Windows 7/8 » Winhelponline

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
