You need to replace the CMOS motherboard battery and enable time synchronization with the server in the BIOS.

If a one-year-old computer, used by a single person in a residence ,the CMOS battery failed so quickly (within a year) and the computer is still under warranty, it is definitely something that should be addressed by the manufacturer and interfere for tangible technical solution.
