I keep getting this error message when I try to download the software for my Desktop All-in-One PC.  I was getting it when I started using my HP Printer but I have been able to rectify that. It was necessary for me to uninstall all of HP software. This is the only problem I have now. I purchased this PC new a few months ago. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

hi

If I'm not mistaken you are using the product detection option
so, go directly to the product page, and manually download the software / drivers

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-all-in-one-pc-24-df0000i/37592630

check for hp driver updates

you can try hp support assistant if too complicated, but avoid automatic bios updates!
