You need this driver (not found under the chipset driver section), which will install both devices...
This package contains the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), including the Active Client Manager Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) device driver, and the Intel Local Management Service (LMS) and Serial-over-LAN (SOL) support for the supported desktop models and operating systems.

Users that have a need for drivers as noted usually have done a clean install without the Recovery Manager doing the install. The drivers for that model for Windows 7 are listed here

Start with the chipset drivers. Look in "Device Manager" to find other driver needs and then use the Hardware IDs to identify the devices. You can post them here or do a "Google Search"
