Example: Pavilion AiO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife and I, senior citizens in our late 70s, are the two users on our Desktop Pavilion AIO. Recently we keep getting an annoying pop window which says

"  Software and Drivers can only be run by one user at a time. Please switch to the user who is currently running it and close the program."

Please advise how to "close" this program. I cannot find where it is open.

Thank you for your kind help.

This message seems to be related to the "HP Support Assistant".  It has been reported before.  (See This Link )

Uninstalling and re-installing the HPSA seems to have worked for the other user.

Hope this helps!
