Can the ethernet card that the P6240F has installed in it support Verizon FiOS's Gigabit speeds of 900/900 Mbps?

Hi:

According to the product specs for your model below, the Realtek 8111DL ethernet adapter is supposed to support data transfer speeds of up to 1000 MBPS (1 GBPS).

The wireless probably would max out at 300 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz wireless band, and around 144 MBPS on the 2.4 GHz wireless band.
