FN keys on keyboard

I have just purchased the above item, which comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard. I need to 'toggle' the FN keys so I can use them for my work but I cannot find a way of doing this. It is often a simple 'two button push excercise' but I am unable to find any information.

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement
There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard
Unfortunately either this is not suitable or user feedback
