I ordered a customizable HP Envy desktop TE-01-1=0150xt to have Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student included. I paid $99.99 to have it included. It wasn't included. There was a free trial of Office 365. When I contacted HP, they took control of my computer and deleted the Office 365 in preparation for loading Office 2019. They were not able to download 2019, so they said they would contact me within 48 hrs with a key to get Office 2019. More than a week passed and still heard nothing from HP. I contacted them again, and they tried to get me to download Office 365, which is not what I ordered and paid for. I ended up having to pay Microsoft another $150 for Office 2019. I think HP owes me a refund. Why should I have to pay twice for this Office product?
