Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Omen 30L desktop. It's located in my bedroom, and the flashing diamond on the computer tower keeps me up at night. It's very annoying. I've found a way to shut it off when the computer is turned on and in use, but when it is turned off the thing flashes an extremely bright, irritating light and I have no clue how to stop it. It's a useless feature and I feel like there *must* be a way to turn it off that I'm not hip to. As is I've been throwing a blanket over the tower so that I'm able to sleep. 

 

Anyone help a sleepy guy out?
