Hello,

I am experiencing the exact same issue as detailed in this thread:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Creator-Mouse-935-Android-reconn...

My HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse functions perfectly and switches seamlessly via Bluetooth between multiple Windows PCs.

The critical problem occurs when connecting to an Android tablet:

Device: Xiaomi Redmi Pad 2 Pro

OS: Android 15

Behavior: After a successful initial pairing, the mouse fails to automatically reconnect to the tablet after being powered off or switched to another device (e.g., a Windows PC).

Workaround: The only way to resolve this is to remove the device and re-pair the mouse completely every single time, which is highly disruptive.

I kindly request that HP investigates this reconnection failure and provides a necessary firmware update for the HP 935 Creator Mouse to address this persistent Android compatibility issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Update: I have updated the mouse to the latest firmware version (1.18.7), but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue—the reconnection problem with Android persists.
