updated my computer and after a few minutes my browser and apps all start crashing, checked task manager just to see at least 50 instances of this program running taking up all my ram and cpu. luckily i was able to uninstall Omen Gaming Hub while the issue was still happening and my PC is all good after a restart. this is literal malware behavior though, HP needs to fix ASAP.

This had cpu and ramm at 100% for over 30 minutes, who knows if this caused any damage to my pc.  I don't know what I would have done if I wasn't fairly good with computers, for a novice user this makes their device unusable not to mention how hidden all the files are. This is MALWARE.

I had exactly the same issue appear on 14th July with the latest update. The PC froze and it took an age to get to and uninstall the Omen Gaming Hub app. Thankfully that solved it.

I Uninstalled all HP software on my PC and seem to do the job.
