HP ENVY Phoenix Desktop - 860-019 (ENERGY STAR)

Hello. After Windows 10 updates, my HP Phoenix  Control no longer works. When I click on the desktop icon, an error message pops up telling it's not installed and to install it from a CD or to browse. The HP support website doesn't list the application in its list of software and drivers. Does anyone know where at the Hp.ca/Hp.com website I can find the HP Phoenix Control? Thanks for your help.

Looking through the topics for that item brought this

It appears to be the same thing as your question.  In that thread is a download for the control software.  See if that does what you are asking.

Thanks for the link. When I click on it, a message appears saying that the file is archived. Do you-or anyone-know how to access that archived file? Thanks for your suggestion.

YES! Thank you. This time the link provided worked and I was able to reinstall the HP Phoenix Control. I don't  know why the first few times I tried to access the link the message appeared that the file was archived, as I just copied and pasted it into a new tab. But this time, success!
