HP Recommended

I had the Hp Smart app on my PC used to scan scan documents.  Yesterday something popped up on my screen while using the Hp Smart App, and I accidentally clicked something that was allowing it to install,  Now each time I click on the Hp Smart app to scan, this other Hp screen pops up showing my computer towers, my printer and my monitor, but it won't allow me to scan anything.  I can't delete it.  

Can anyone help me with this, please?
