No problem.  I did a double-take for a moment, hoping there wasn't another issue brewing.  Happy Holidays To Everyone!

Dear my friends, I have a hp 260 G3 the HP Support Assistant 9.6.714.0 application works only this version, as soon as the store updates it no longer works and therefore I am forced to install the HP Support Assistant 9.6.714.0 version.

Hi @roerisi Can you confirm if this is your personal PC or IT managed work PC? Can you confirm you followed all the steps of the solution of this thread?

I have followed all the steps given, and I still get the message "Application enabling services currently unavailable". MY HPSA version is 9.6.839.0. When it try to download HPSA and use the control + R, I am still downloading version 11562.
