HP Support Assistant problem

 

It detects the new drivers and applications, builds the restore points and tells that it was unable to install them.

 

I fixed the update process searching for each package in the drivers page, but would like to use HP support assistant next time.

@nico4kb, welcome back to the forum.

 

I suggest that you completely uninstall HPSA and install the latest version found here.  This may solve your problem.  There have been some updates made to the app.

@nico4kb, welcome back to the forum.

Already done the uninstall and reinstall of HPSA with same results.

If that didn't work, I suggest deleting the updates.  This will make them come up again later and possibly install without a problem.  I have had to this several times lately.

Hello, I've got this problem... I uninstall the newest version and install again. Problem began when I updete Support Assistant to newest version.Przechwytywanie.PNG
