Product: Omen desktop 870-2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Support Assistant. It has not worked for a week. Is it no longer available? I did call support and they said it appeared to not be working, but they couold give no better answer. I would think HP would know if one of their programs was out of service.

The support assist use to work just fine and no longer does. I was trying to find out how to and if I need to change Windows 10 to S mode. S mode web site says it is not installed. ALso, still wonder why the program does not work any more. Money I paid for this thing it is very disapointing to have it stop.

No way to check for your unknown PC either.

There is a "want" to go to a single portal, like all HP stuff get's moved to the Windows Store,

which becomes your one-stop-shop.
