I have to do an online course. I cannot download the course because i need to disable the  HP System Event Utility Host. How do i do this please

Step 1 Right-click on an empty area on the Taskbar and select Task Manager. Step 2 When Task Manager comes up, click the Startup tab and look through the list of programs that are enabled to run during startup. Then right-click System Event Utility and select Disable. Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
