Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0086
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone else having issues accessing the software and updates for their particular HP product?  I've tried multiple random products with the same result.  Just wanted to make sure I'm not alone. Misery, company and all that nonsense.
