Hello everyone!
I've been trying for a bit to find customer service advice on what kind of memory I can purchase. I legit have no idea what to do. I just got this pc and bought it with a new monitor since I've been using my MacBook for such a long time and wanted a change.
But the absolute lagging this piece has is insane. It takes quite a while to load up a page. I trouble-shooted everything and it says there is nothing wrong with my things and it's fine. But the lag and slowness are still prevalent.
My dad says I need to buy memory but how do I know what memory is compatible with my pc (monitor? idk) ? Where can I purchase it?
My purchase of the monitor and pc (both are hp) are fairly recent so I know the slowness has nothing to do with anything being full on data (and anything in general) and it's fully up to date on everything too. If anyone has any advice--please help a girl out ;_;

Download the PDF of the Manual.
It will tell you what it can use.
Print out the page, and take it to the computer store, or buy online.
