Does HP have a hotkey utility for programming my keyboard? If not, can I use another hotkey utility? I'm looking at the one from Xetoware.

Hi:

 

Only HP notebooks have hotkey software that I am aware of.

 

I don't see any listed on the W10 driver page for your PC.

 

HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-0000i Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

You could try this software and see if it works, or something else.
