Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How do I create a bootable USB flash drive with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows v2.7.2.0 on it? It will be used to diagnose and troubleshoot multiple laptops and desktops.

Is there a reason that you need HP PC Hardware Diagnostics v2.7.2.0, rather than the current version? Is it for non-UEFI systems?

They are UEFI systems. I just like the format of this HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows v2.7.2.0
