Hi! I'm needing help with my HP 24-g200 All-in-One Desktop PC series. My daughter was trying to watch a movie on our desktop. She loaded the disc and pushed the disc drive closed. When I opened up the disc drive, the disc was gone.  I need to find a way to get this disc out of our PC. You can hear is rolling around when you turn the monitor side ways. I would take it to Best Buy to have it serviced, but my local Best Buy is not accepting any new GEEK Squad computer issues due CO-VID 19. Please help... She starts homeschool on Monday and we need to have our PC up and running. I can fix it myself if I had a video link to show me how to fix this issue.

It will show you how to get inside the PC.
