HP Recommended

I recently switched to the New Outlook on my HP laptop and need help accessing an old OST file from my previous Outlook profile. The file contains important emails, contacts, and attachments, but I can’t find a direct option to open the OST file in the New Outlook app. Is there any official method or recommended solution to import or access OST data safely without data loss? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Here is a guide on opening the OST file.    Assuming you can/have located the OST (it tells where to find it if you need to) then scoll down to "How To Open an OST File (All Working Methods)" to go thru the process.
