Product: HP Connected Music
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
I downloaded some MP3 files from my email, and they were automatically encoded into HP Connected Music files. How do I convert them back to MP3s? I have already tried uninstalling the HPCM program in the Control Panel, but the computer does not allow me to uninstall this specific software. Thanks in advance!
