Hi:
The HP Elitedesk 800 G1 does not have a TPM 2.0 security device and the TPM 1.2 security device firmware cannot be upgraded to 2.0.
You need an Elitedesk 800 G2 or newer to have a TPM 2.0 security device.
If your PC's TPM 1.2 security chip is not showing up in the device manager under a Security Devices category, you can look in the BIOS and see if there is an Embedded Security Device setting.
If there is and it is set to 'Hidden,' select the 'Device Available' setting and save the setting.
See Chapter 8, top of page 186 of the service manual for the location of this setting.
The default setting is Enabled.
