How to enable VGA and HDMI ports

I have a TG01-0300 with an NVIDIA card. That card has a DVI port and an HDMI port. The integrated VGA and HDMI ports have been disabled. 

Is there a way to enable the integrated ports and have all of these ports available for use? BIOS?
