Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I recently got a new pair of ram for my computer and it runs at stock 2133MHz. When I enter the bios it doesn't have any option to overclock the ram etc. I saw from many videos that I am missing an advanced tab in my bios. Do I need to upgrade the bios or is it permanently locked?

This PC does not have a BIOS compatible with XMP memory, so it will not be able to provide an adequate frequency for the processor.
