How to get drivers

I need to download drivers but cannot figure out how

no PC told, no model and no product ID# see on BIOS  page one.?

w7, is now zero MS support but does support drivers (old)

so when you run w7 or install it the PnP drivers come from MS, driver catalogs servers, and that takes a working internet;

do you have that working first?

if yes, and some fail (do they) go to hp.com

tell them what PC you have

then go to driver page.

it is that simple.  and save answer to all PCs made at respective OEM sites.

You provided us no information to work with -- as we need at least the detailed model number of the PC.  That allows us to look for the HP product support page.

In addition, HP has dropped support for the older Win7 PC -- so there is likely NOT to be a product page, anymore.

You would have to do your own searches on the Internet, as @savvy2 indicated, to find drivers.

My computer is an older HP Pavillion that came with windows 7 preinstalled. I purchased it in 2011 and would like to upgrade it with the drivers for bluetooth and wireless attached components like microphone and webcam. I have difficulty trying to download pictures from my cellphone even with a wired connection. I also need to update the graphics card but am unsure of how to do so.
