Does anyone know how to install UEFI BIOS on this PC or is there even any version for my PC?

There is a ''Run UEFI Application'' button in the BIOS but i does nothing when i click it.

As I understand, you wish to know if you have a UEFI BIOS version available,

I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern, as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said, 

 

As per the driver page for your PC, only Windows 7 and Windows 8 drivers are available. We do not have a UEFI BIOS available for your PC.
