Pavilion 590-p0076
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Pavilion 590-p0076 Desktop last October as brand new and for my surprise, HP portal says this equipment  warranty was expired since January 2020.

Here is the case:

1. As the warranty is expired, this equipment was registered by somebody else before;

2. As I bought a equipment without warranty, I want to know my rights with hp about the cost, the warranty and the value I paid for a brand new Desktop.

Thank you guys for your support.

Hi:

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So that means the longer the PC sits in a retailer's warehouse, the less time there is remaining on the warranty.

Two ways you can try and get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.

2. If the online method doesn't work, you will have to contact HP customer service and speak with a customer service rep to begin the process to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

Thanks for replying my inquires.

I got you. So, since online isn't working I'll have to ask for the reps.

Happy holidays,

Bob
