@Paul_TikkanenI'm having the same problem.  That service pack doesn't appear to exist on the FTP site any longer.  I saw another one mentioned in the thread: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75514.exe and it still exists but it says it can't upgrade or install on my product.  I've got a Windows 7 HP Pavilion Elite HPE (it's quite an old media center).  My version of PowerDVD is 10.0.5.7316.

Investigate the different versions under PowerDVD10 series.  These are th only options for any free update to such an old program.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
