Product: HP Z8 G4 RCTO Base Model Workstation

Hi I am trying to Open the Hp Performance Advisor

File version v3.2.2822.0

After running the software, system asks for permission, after confirming  nothing happens, 

I can see that Advisor process in tasks list in task manager as a background process, no any GUI being opened.

as many times i am running soft, as many instances i can see in task manager.

i uninstalled, installed the older version, and it opened, then immediately downloaded the new version, installed, and stopped working.

any solution ?

The problem fixed, by uninstalling the software, cleaning %appdata%, %programdata%, %localappdata%   then installing, adding exclusion to firewall.
