Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer

Hello,

after installing MacOS Ventura 13.0 Hp Smart while scanning stop and close without any reason:

diagnostic ok

wi-fi connected

all seems correct but not the app .. I think

Anyone else with the same bug?

If there's someone Italian I think I'll understand much better your suggestions

I contacted HP support through their online HP Community. Other users are having the same problem and the "support" person wasn't very helpful. Still not working even after deleting the app and corresponding files in the library and reinstalling.

HP Easy Scan seems to work fine with Ventura as an alternative which can be downloaded from the App store.

The browser change from Chrome to Safari doesn't do anything for me in terms of getting HP Smart to work in Ventura.
