The HP support assistant is recommending a bios update that doesn't match what is in the list at the HP support site

So this should be ok to install

Hi folks

 

There is no issue here the HP support assistant recommended a previos version of the bios f30 instead F34 which just came out December 2018 . This just a good safe option rather than putting on a brand new bios which may still have bugs.
