Good day everyone,
I am hoping someone can help me. I work for a hotel, and In my office, we have an HP18 All-in-one desktop. There are 2 different logins. After turning the computer on, it pulls up the 2 windows accounts that are from previous employee's I don't know their passwords, I can't gain access to their Microsoft accounts to reset the passwords, and they won't answer my calls or texts. So... With that being said, is there a way to gain access to this computer basically overriding their accounts or something? Forgive me, I am not very computer savvy haha. Any help would be amazing.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi @JericcaSnow
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'm afraid the only option is to re-install the operating system but this will delete the data from the computer. To re-install the operating system, try these steps -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F11 once for System Recovery.
4) Choose the Keyboard Layout.
5) Click on Troubleshoot.
6) Go to Recovery Manager and click on System Recovery.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!
