I installed hp pc hardware diagnostics on my pc. But, it didn't create a group/ icon. where is it?

I downloaded and installed hp pc hardware diagnostics on my pro 3500 desktop. But, it didn't create a group or icon, and, i cant find the program to run . And, when i click on the pc diagnostics button  in my hp support assistant, it just brings me back to the download page. can someone tell me where exactly it *should* have been installed, and the name of the executable, so, i can search my pc for it. And if it's not there, can someone figure out why it says it installed, if it didn't?

Hi:

The hp pc hardware diagnostics is not a Windows based program.

You launch it by restarting the PC, press the ESC key to get the menu of options and then press the F2 key to run the diagnostics program.

You can also make the bootable HP USB 4 in 1 diagnostics key which is more comprehensive diagnostics program than the one you just installed.

I've never seen it in my programs listing on the one PC I have it installed on.

It should work by using the F2 key regardless.

I have both possibilities, it may depend on the pack that has been installed
