Hi.  I attached two print screens of my problem because I don't know how to explain it.  I don't know what I did but that Icon  is stuck to my screen and it's on top of everything.  If I'm in Word, it's there.  If I'm in File Explorer, it's there.  That red circle with the "\" through it  goes with the Icon.  I can't right click on it or anything.  I don't know how to make it go away.  Can anyone please help or advise?  Thank you so much!

@smasson -- start the Windows "Task Manager" by using CTRL-ALT-DELETE, and then clicking on it.

Check its "Applications" and "Processes" tabs.

Click on the "PID" column-heading, to put the largest PID into the first row of the display.

Does the contents of that first row seem "unusual" ?

Maybe, do a screen-grab for each tab, and post them.

It may be some "rogue" process that you can right-mouse-button "click" on, and choose "end task".

Thank you for your suggestions.  I tried them and nothing solved my problem.  I do have this program called Restoreo.  I ran it and it solved my problem.  It's now gone.   Thanks again for your  help.
