Inquiry related to international warranty / global warranty

Hi team,

 
I am planning to buy either of the following:
1. HP spectre 360 13t or
 
2. HP envy 13t 
 
From HP US website.
 
I live in the UAE and would use the product here. Will international warranty b covered here locally? I have gone through the international warranty FAQs and i can see that both the series are marketed and sold here locally.
 
 
However i am not sure if the same specs are available here since i can customize when buying frm HP website?
In that case will warranty be covered as well here for Dubai?
 
Please if you can respond, thanks in advance.
