For months now my internet has been going in and out of service. I thought it may be an issue with my actual internet but it is not. I have no issues with using the firestick on the TV or any other items my wifi is connected to. The only thing having an issue is my PC. Internet will disconnect and reconnect over and over again.

Hi @MSpinks87
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
If your HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a is experiencing frequent internet disconnections while other devices on the same network are functioning correctly, here are steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:
Update Wi-Fi Drivers:
- Access the HP Support website and download the latest Wi-Fi drivers for your specific model.
- Use the HP Support Assistant to automatically check for and install updated drivers.
Check Network Settings:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi settings are configured correctly and that you are connected to the correct network.
- Disable and then re-enable your Wi-Fi network adapter to reset the connection.
Power Management Settings:
- Sometimes the Wi-Fi adapter’s power settings can cause intermittent connectivity issues.
- Navigate to Device Manager, find your network adapter, right-click it, and select Properties.
- Under the Power Management tab, uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Disable Bluetooth:
- If your PC has Bluetooth enabled and is conflicting with the Wi-Fi signal, try disabling Bluetooth to see if the issue persists.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and toggle Bluetooth off.
Change Wi-Fi Channel:
- Sometimes switching to a less crowded Wi-Fi channel can improve connectivity. Access your router settings to change the Wi-Fi channel.
Check Surfaces and Obstructions:
- Ensure that your desktop PC is not in a location with significant interference or obstructions that could impact the Wi-Fi signal.
Run Network Troubleshooter:
- Use Windows’ built-in Network Troubleshooter to identify and fix network-related problems.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Internet Connections.
Install an External USB Wi-Fi Adapter:
- If the internal Wi-Fi card continues to have issues, consider using an external USB Wi-Fi adapter to bypass potential problems with the internal hardware.
Reset Network Settings:
- Reset your network settings to default values to clear out any conflicting configurations.
- Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset, then follow the prompts to reset.
