Country code for language and keyboard

If you purchased a PC it comes with a product ID which includes a country code.:  PPPPPPP#CCC 

The product ID is  7 characters and the country code is 3 characters long.

If you have cloud recovery you can do a factory restore.  Possibly you can change the country code to get a factory restore for a different language and keyboard.

Factory restore requires a serial number, not just the product ID.  

Lookup the country you want the keyboard and language to have available and create a factory restore by combining the product ID with the # and CCC code..

Business systems have Client Recovery and it is likely the language cannot be changed.
