What does this file mean and how do I remove it ? I am using a kingston a400 SSD , maybe it s causing the issue ?

According to your log, the message are associated with TXGamingAssistant -- and that is a third-party gaming tool to you get from  Softonic.

 

You would have to contact them to find out what the problem is.
