Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Lately, my keys on my laptop have-not been working I been looking for ways how to fix it I been using the on-screen keyboard ī really need help! The main keys that don't work is my S,A,shift, and almost all my numbers. Please to anyone helps. Thanks
