I cannot get rid of the annoying "Low battery warning-Replace Keypad batteries" that pops up even though I have changed batteries in old  keyboard and it still continues to pop up after I purchased a new Keyboard.

Do you have both a "keypad" and a "keyboard" ?

So sorry after re-reading my post I realized that it was not clear what the warning said .  It stated that my keyboard needed batteries.
